Creosote Warning: By purchasing from Beavers Pavers, you acknowledge that these ties are reclaimed industrial materials treated with Creosote. They are not recommended for use in edible gardens, around livestock/agriculture, or in enclosed interior living spaces.
Liner Requirement: For specific applications—including retaining walls near sensitive vegetation—the use of heavy-duty liners is strictly required to prevent leaching.
Buyer Responsibility: The buyer assumes all risk associated with the handling, placement, and environmental application of these materials.
SECTION 2 - NO REPRESENTATIONS AS TO FITNESS OR WORKMANSHIP
No Warranty of Fitness: We provide the timber, but we are not your engineers. We make no guarantees that these ties are fit for your specific soil type or structural design. Ensuring compliance with local building codes is the buyer’s responsibility.
No Workmanship Guarantee: We sell the goods; we do not build the dam. Issues arising from installation or structural integrity are strictly between you and your builder.
