LOGISTICS OF THE LODGE:

Moving railroad ties requires some heavy lifting. To keep our "colony" running smoothly, we use the following shipping structure:

• The Truckload Rule: To provide the most efficient service, we ship based on full truckloads.

  
  

• Capacity: One truck can carry up to 5 bundles of ties.

  
  

• Cost Efficiency: Shipping for 1 bundle is the same cost as shipping 5 bundles, as it requires one dedicated truck trip.

  
  

• The "Habitat Space" Bonus: If your order exceeds 5 bundles, a second truck is required, incurring the fee again. This gives you the space to increase your order up to 10 bundles to maximize that second truckload.

DELIVERY & UNLOADING

• We Handle the Heavy Lifting: Our delivery partners are equipped to unload the ties at your location.

  
  

• Driveway Drop-Off Only: For safety and efficiency, deliveries are strictly limited to driveway drop-offs. We cannot deliver behind houses, into backyards, or across soft terrain.

  
  

• Timeline: We strive to get materials to your site within 5-7 business days.

  
  

• Nature Happens: Logistical delays (weather, traffic, or equipment) can happen. We appreciate your patience as we navigate the "river" to get your order delivered safely.
