  • Transit Issues: If your order is missing bundles or has suffered catastrophic damage during transit (outside of standard reclaimed wear), you must notify the crew within 24 hours of delivery at info@beaverspavers.com with clear photo documentation.


  • Post-Installation: Once a tie has been cut, drilled, or installed into a project, it is considered "accepted" and is no longer eligible for any damage claims.
